Sign-on bonus for RNs and LPNs is $6,000 for all shifts and for CNA/RCAs it is $2,000 for 2nd and 3rd shifts.**

CNA/RCA – 2nd and 3rd shift is $1,000
RN/LPN – any shift is $2,000

Registered Nurse (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
A full-time position is currently available on afternoons/nights for nurses, LPN or RN. Per diem is also available for all shifts.
Renders professional nursing care to residents. Provides support of medical care as directed by the physician and pursuant to objectives and policies of the facility to assure resident safety. Assigns duties to non-professional nursing personnel based on resident needs, available staff and unit needs.
Resident Care Assistant/Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
Per-diem positions on all shifts
Provides certified nursing assistant services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s).

Nurse Aide Academy Program
The Nurse Aide Training Academy runs for two weeks and scholarships are awarded to qualified applicants. Positions are available after successful program completion.
Nurse Aide Academy Scholarships include:
- Tuition-free attendance to our Nurse Aide Academy.
- Test preparation and payment for test and certification.
