Sign-on bonus for RNs and LPNs is $6,000 for all shifts and for CNA/RCA it is $2,000 for 2nd and 3rd shifts.**

Housekeeper – Per-Diem
Housekeeping positions are currently available on a per-diem basis.
Work alone or with team to complete job assignments, including – sweeping, dusting, wet mopping floors, moving furniture, vacuuming, collecting trash and cleaning bathrooms.

Registered Nurse (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Full-time positions are currently available on all shifts for nurses, LPN or RN. Per diem is also available for all shifts.
Renders professional nursing care to residents within assigned unit of the facility. Provides support of medical care as directed by the physician and pursuant to objectives and policies of the facility to assure resident safety. Assigns duties to non-professional nursing personnel based on resident needs, available staff and unit needs.
Resident Care Assistant/Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
Full-time second shift available, 8 hour shift (2:30 pm – 11 pm)
Full-time third shift available, 12 hour shifts (6:30 pm – 7 am)
Per-diem positions on second and third shifts
Provides certified nursing assistant services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s).

Dietary Aide – Per-Diem
A per-diem dietary aide position is available. The available shift is 4 pm – 7:30 pm and would be 20 hours a week, on average. The position helps prepare food, delivers meals, performs wait service duties, washes dishes (machine and hand wash) and puts stock away.

Nurse Aide Academy Program
The Nurse Aide Training Academy runs for two weeks and scholarships are awarded to qualified applicants. Positions are available after successful program completion.
Nurse Aide Academy Scholarships include:
- Tuition-free attendance to our Nurse Aide Academy.
- Test preparation and payment for test and certification.
