Registered Nurse (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Full-time positions are currently available on the night shift (6:30 pm – 7 am) for nurses, LPN or RN as well as per diem for all shifts.
Renders professional nursing care to residents within assigned unit of the facility. Provides support of medical care as directed by the physician and pursuant to objectives and policies of the facility to assure resident safety. Assigns duties to non-professional nursing personnel based on resident needs, available staff and unit needs.
Dietary Aide/Cook
Part-time and full-time positions available (11:30 am – 7:30 pm)
Serves meals to residents and guests in dining rooms utilizing strong customer service skills. Prepares menu items utilizing recipes and productions sheets. Supervises meal service and ensures proper amounts of food are distributed. Practices safe food handling at all times. Accommodates resident and guest requests for food and beverages whenever able. Washes dishes, flatware, pots and pans, and utensils using approved methods.
Resident Care Assistant/Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
Full-time second shift available, 8 hour shift (2:30 pm – 11 pm)
Full-time third shift available, 12 hour shifts (6:30 pm – 7 am)
Per-diem positions on second and third shifts
Provides certified nursing assistant services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s).

Nurse Aide Academy Program
The Nurse Aide Training Academy runs for two weeks and scholarships are awarded to qualified applicants. Positions are available after successful program completion.
Nurse Aide Academy Scholarships include:
- Tuition-free attendance to our Nurse Aide Academy.
- Test preparation and payment for test and certification.
